About the event
This meeting is being held to officially collect ballots for the Board of Directors. Once ballots are collected they will be counted right there on site and the outcome will be announced. At that time the Board of Directors will elect a president, vice president, secretary and treasurer. The elected in those positions will then begin their first meeting as the new Board of Directors.
